From start to finish we are very glad that we took the leap from spring mattresses to Sloom. To our astonishment our box arrived 26 hours after order placement and we live 450km from the Cape Town warehouse! After trying out the 3 adjustments we decided on soft and one week later we are sleeping extremely comfortably and waking up without any lower back pain. The mattress feels solid - no disturbance from your partner through the night. Sloom is fantastic! And we can say this after spending lots of money on premium brands before.

Service = 100%, Unboxing the mattress = magical experience. Sleep = haven’t adjusted the settings since unboxing…so far so good, no complaints. All seasons duvet = currently using the cool layer only, warm is packed away. It feels soft, very light yet warm enough to get through the night and my husband and I generally sweat at night, but all good so far. Truly pleased with my purchases so far and looking forward to getting the pillows next.

It's only been a little over a week, and I can't tell you how happy I am. We've had a hard time finding a good mattress, even after buying a new one and adding a mattress topper to try and make it better. Nothing felt right until we got our first Sloom mattress. The Sloom Mattress 100-night risk-free trial lets you test the mattress in your own home. We recommend sleeping on it for at least 60 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support and foam. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return your Sloom Mattress between 60 and 100 days for a full refund.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT COMFORT LEVEL FOR MY SLOOM MATTRESS?

The Sloom Mattress comes preset to the Soft comfort level, but you can easily adjust it to Medium or Firm by rearranging the foam layers inside the cover. Medium firmness is a great starting point to let your body adjust. If you prefer more or less support, simply flip or swap the layers.  This modular design makes it easy to find your ideal Sloom Mattress firmness at home.

WHAT IS SPLIT COMFORT ON THE SLOOM MATTRESS?

Split comfort means each side can have a different firmness. The split foam design reduces motion transfer, and the 500gsm cover makes the surface smooth, without feeling the split down the middle. Split Comfort is only available on Sloom’s Queen, King, and Cape Town King mattresses.
