I found myself in the midst of an industry clouded by smoke and mirrors, where customers were overwhelmed by endless bed options that all boasted different, yet essentially the same, features.
Another obstacle that I noticed was the uncertainty regarding the customer's own comfort preference. It's an all-too-familiar scenario you quickly lie on a bed in the store, but it's impossible to determine whether that bed will provide a comfortable nights sleep based on a few fleeting minutes, especially while a salesman stares at you. The experience often leaves you feeling uncertain.
These realisations triggered a fundamental shift in my perspective, igniting a journey to disrupt the industry and establish a new standard of honesty, transparency, and integrity.
