Usually delivery in main centers takes around 2 – 5 working days. Far outlying areas may take a day longer for delivery.

The Sloom Mattress can be placed on any surface, but some are less ideal for support, heat management, and zero motion transfer. An uneven foundation that doesn't keep the mattress level when slept upon will affect your sleep and support. Old box spring bases will not support your Sloom Mattress. The base also affects the mattress's overall breathability, so using anything that does not allow ventilation from underneath might affect how hot you sleep and cause condensation.

We are breaking away from the traditional retail experience with the main goal of simplifying it. We offer a bed that has three different comfort levels that you can choose at home, and if after that, you are still not satisfied you may return the mattress for a full refund. Far better than visiting numerous showrooms and lying on different beds.

Besides the 100 Night sleep trial, you may return goods for a full refund within 7 days if unused and still in its original packaging.
