- Opened?
Try it for at least 60 nights. If it’s not for you, return it anytime between 60 and 100 days for a full refund.
- Need an earlier refund?
If you return it before 60 days and need an immediate refund, a 10% service fee will be charged.

If you need to exchange sizes, a 10% service fee will be charged. Log it within 7 days.

WHAT IS THE SLOOM MATTRESS 100-NIGHT RISK-FREE TRIAL?
The Sloom Mattress 100-night risk-free trial lets you test the mattress in your own home. We recommend sleeping on it for at least 60 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support and foam. If you’re still not satisfied, you can return your Sloom Mattress between 60 and 100 days for a full refund.
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT COMFORT LEVEL FOR MY SLOOM MATTRESS?
The Sloom Mattress comes preset to the Soft comfort level, but you can easily adjust it to Medium or Firm by rearranging the foam layers inside the cover. Medium firmness is a great starting point to let your body adjust. If you prefer more or less support, simply flip or swap the layers. This modular design makes it easy to find your ideal Sloom Mattress firmness at home.
WHAT IS SPLIT COMFORT ON THE SLOOM MATTRESS?
Split comfort means each side can have a different firmness. The split foam design reduces motion transfer, and the 500gsm cover makes the surface smooth, without feeling the split down the middle. Split Comfort is only available on Sloom’s Queen, King, and Cape Town King mattresses.
